Non-Competition / PreCompetition
Registration Form
     Basic Information for
Non-Competition / PreCompetition Classes

Please attend your first choice of class in the fall. Jan will  notify you if it will not work prior to the first class. No other confirmation of registration is sent out to you.

You can register for classes at any time by downloading the registration form and mailing it, along with your payment to:

Jan Tripp

11775 Lehigh Avenue

Hastings, MN 55033.

Forms must be accompanied by your registration fee and first month’s tuition. Checks should be made payable to “Jan Tripp” or “Jan’s School of Dance.” Registration forms are also available at the studio or you can call or email Jan and she will send one to you!

If you are registering in September or later, please call Jan at 651-437-1584 or email at to find out if a particular class is available.

Class Schedule

In September, all students will be given a payment booklet with a list of vacation days. Please be sure to pick yours up!

Dropped Classes and Refunds

If you intend to drop a class or quit, you must send WRITTEN NOTIFICATION to Jan Tripp. Phone calls, messages or not attending class is not sufficient notice. You will be billed for classes until written notification is received.

No refunds are given after the first class. If a class is missed, it can be made up with a similar class, but no refunds or credits for a later class will be given. (For example, your child misses their K-2 combo class. He/she can make it up at another K-2 combo class.)

We communicate all forms, newsletters and handouts via email. Please contact the studio at 651-438-3690 if you are not receiving these. It is your responsibility to keep up on information. Check the website often, follow Jan’s School of Dance, Inc. on Facebook and jans_school_of_dance_inc on Instagram.

Payment Schedule

Payments are due to Jan on the first week of each month. Your class tuition is broken into 9 equal payments. Note your student’s name and what the payment is for on the “memo” line of your check. Attach the month’s voucher from your payment book. Cash or check only – no credit cards.
